MICHAEL
G. BOSKO (1966 - 2022) received his A.B. degree in psychology from Stanford University in
1987 and his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1992. He is a litigator
with more than twenty-five years of advocacy experience in business, insurance
coverage, intellectual property, financial, real estate, securities, consumer,
and employment disputes and appeals, including class actions and federal
multidistrict litigation.331)
Mr. Bosko is a member of the State Bar of
California since 1992, and of the U.S. District Courts for the Central and
Northern Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is
also licensed as a broker by the California Department of Real Estate, and
taught for several years as an adjunct instructor and guest lecturer at
Whittier Law School.
